GOLIATH Mini-Bust Auction THIS WEEKEND ONLY!

I was honored to have photos of this mini-bust of Goliath included in the WE LIVE AGAIN: A Gargoyles Zine and I’m auctioning this original, hand-made piece to help the zine’s goal of supporting the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

The winning bidder will receive one original mini-bust of GOLIATH (approximately 5″ tall), hand-painted, on its own ready-to-display stand.

I’m going to start the bidding at $150. Here’s how it will work:

THIS WEEKEND ONLY! TELL EVERYONE, TELL THE WORLD (Actually, USA only, sorry)!

  • Email me at jfsculptsemail01 (at) gmail.com or DM me on twitter @jfsculpts with your bid
  • I will update my site, JFSculpts.com and my Twitter, @jfsculpts, with the current highest bid
  • At 11:00 pm EST Sunday, July 7th the highest bidder will be informed that they’ve won
  • Winner will donate their winning bid to the ACLU (winning bid must provide a digital receipt of their donation)
  • Shipping’s on me! I’ll mail to out after the winner is announced
  • Auction winner will be announced SUNDAY, JULY 7th, 2019

That’s it! Bid early, bid often, it’s all for a great cause!

Help Watson the Cat

Watson Belly

My friend Watson the cat has developed severe kidney problems and is staying at the animal hospital. His treatment and stay are expected to be pretty expensive, so I’m trying to raise some money for him (and any donations in any amount are gratefully accepted).

To help him out, I’m doing $60 mini-bust commissions, just like the ones I did recently at Boston Comic Con (you can see examples here and below). Any character you’d like in any style you’d like.

Here’s how it works

  • Contact me here, email me at jfsculptsemail01 (at) gmail.com, or tweet me @jfsculpts and let me know character/style you would like
  • Once I’ve contacted you to confirm, donate $60 to Watson’s GoFundMe page
  • Send me your shipping info (U.S. only at this time) and in 1-3 weeks  you will receive your sculpture

Watson and I thank you!

OCTOBER 23rd, 2015 UPDATE:

Watson is doing much better now! While he has and will likely have some kidney-related issues for some time, and needs to put some more weight back on, he is back at home and doing just great.

Watson will never know just how many people reached out to help him when he needed it. Thanks for all the support!
